Hot & Juicy - Stall at PVR - bad experience

I guess everyone knows that the stalls in PVR complex in Forum normally don't issue bills for the things that we purchase from them. I always make it a point to get the bill. Whenever you ask them the standard reply is that the machine is not working, but upon pestering for the bill, they give you one. I just want to highlight the incident that happened this Sunday.
I had gone with my wife to watch "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" in PVR 11.25am show. When we were waiting in the lounge we bought the Corn with Pepper at the Hot and Juicy stall in PVR Classic Lounge. The cost was 35rs. So when i asked for the bill as usual they replied back saying that they didn't have a provision for giving the bill. I was pissed that they didn't even have the basic provision of billing let alone giving me one. So i took the managers number and called her ( Ms Vidya).

When i asked her why i was not given a bill, she said that if i needed one i can come and take it from her office , that too a hand bill in some paper. They don't even have billing ledger in place. When i retorted saying that she can't ask every customer to come to her place to take the bill, she said that all customers are not finicky like me to ask for a bill for a product worth 35 rs. This put me off completely and i said that it was a customer's right to ask for the bill irrespective of the price, and that's the only way we can be assured that the Sales tax that we are paying is accounted for. She replied that i am doubting her ethics and that she pays regularly the taxes. When i replied that i am not doubting her ethics but it is my basic right to ask for the bill, she replied that she never asked for my Tax forms at her shop to see whether i pay my tax properly. I told her that i work at Infosys and if needed i can produce one too. She replied that she is opening a Stall at Infosys too and when i come to purchase something from that shop she is going to ask for my tax forms. I said that i will file a complaint against her at the Consumer forum and she just said that i can do whatever i want and put the phone down.

I am taking some steps to make sure that people with such attitude are severely deal with.
It is a very humble request from me that everyone of us should ask for the bill for the product that we buy especially in places like PVR and Transit where the products are exorbitantly priced.
