Naukuchiatal

Naukuchiatal - an awesome place very close to Bhimtal and Nainital. We stayed at "Dejavu" . The stay was very comfortable with home cooked food.
We went there by Ranikhet express. Reached in the morning, did boating at the lake.

Then visited a camp site near by. Indulged in some activites like river crossing.

Next day, went to Nainital. Spent the entire day there, sight seeing , shopping - boating etc.

Last day - went for paragliding (the best part of the trip).

Left by the ranikhet express and back to delhi.

Women : Post Pregnancy

>If she did not loose the weight gained during pregnancy -- Either you also put on weight so that you don't get to be blamed. Else be ready to spend money on the number of gym session she is going to try
> She did not get promotion but you get a salary hike and promotion too -- Blame it all on yourself , as she was spending six months of her time totally off work, while you were working extra time ( as you had nothing else to do) and entered the hall of fame at work.
> Sleepless nights for her - Whenever the baby decides to test his vocal chords, it is mommy to the rescue as you are helpless at least for first six to seven months.
>She quits her job and moves -- Just pack you bags and move wherever she goes, so that she can start work afresh.

Any sensible guy after this will never want to father another kid. But with past record two things are clear
Nature/God is a MCP and Men are dumb!
Just to clarify : I am still wise :-)

Trip to Shilong Bagh

It was my first offsite in IRL. We had spent a three day weekend in Shilong Bagh near Kufri. Had a great time there. Started on Firday morning Kalka Shatabdhi ( 7.30am) from Delhi to Kalka. The train journey was smooth with quality service. Shravan was at his epitome of sweetness as he did not trouble us at all. Reached kalka by 12.00pm. We had taxi (Sumo, qualis and innovas) waiting for us. The ride was almost equivalent to a roller coaster, all thanks to the drivers. We stopped for lunch on our way. Shravan was all excited since he had the entire floor for himself.

We reached shilong bagh around five. They served us with refreshing hot tea and biscusits. The place had an antique touch but was craving for better maintenance. The location at which it was situated was awesome. At the edge of the hill top and you had 360 degree view of everything around you. Words fail me here - you need to be there to enjoy the experience.

Spent the night within our rooms enjoying the quality time we got to spend with shravan. Had a peaceful sleep after a very long time.

Day 2
------

Adventerous sports and picnic was organized for the entire lot. We did not join that but instead decide to go to Kufri. Had a hearty break fast and left for Kufri in a taxi ( cost 600 to and fro). We had to ride on horses to reach the hill top. It was difficult with Shravan but we somehow managed it. It was good fun.

Spent two hours there and came back to our rooms. In the evening we had a party. Shravan's first time on the dance floor : He enjoyed it.

Retired back to our rooms for the night

Dey 3
-----

had some group activities in the morning. And left for Delhi by the Shatabdhi in the evening ( 5pm) Reached delhi by 11.00.
